A trained certified reflexologist will be able to detect the problem area and work the areas of the foot, hand or ear to clear the bowels safely and with little or no discomfort on your part. This may happen in the first session but most likely every time you see a reflexologist, there will be a cleansing of the bowels shortly after the session ends.

Will you be able to match your schedule to the program? Compare the costs of the programs and payment policies. After checking references and comparing at least three programs, you should have a feel for which program is most suitable for you.

While some regions require a license to practice reflexology, most do not. Certification in the field of reflexology may not be necessary either; however, the certification provides a credential that assists practitioners in the development of their craft and their careers. The American Reflexology Certification Board (ARCB) certification examination is offered to therapists who have successfully completed 110 hours of reflexology course training through an accredited educational program and completed 90 reflexology therapy sessions.
